One of the common tactics that are used to hit harder is to aim your swing to hit the ball directly or slightly up from the driver. If you are having problems with this, then you should consider where you are standing. Typically, positioning your ball by your left heel will give you a better setup, combined with a wide stance that can easily help you to gain power, maneuver and tilt your upper body behind the ball.
